Once the file is downloaded, "double click" on the file to start the installation process.  IMPORTANT: Two of our titles, SigmaPlot and SigmaStat, require that you enter a serial number to activate the trial version. When asked for the serial number use “775050002” (without quotes) for SigmaPlot or “773050002” (without quotes) for SigmaStat.

The software will expire after 30 days unless you purchase a copy from the reseller.  If you purchase the software you will receive a new serial number and license key that can be used to convert your software to a perpetual copy. 

Important Installation Notes

Our products come in the form of self-installing executable files. You need to run the downloaded file to install appropriate program files to the correct directories on your computer. More detailed step-by-step installation and removal procedures are as follows:

·         Download the file to your computer. Click on the "Download Now" button below to start the download. If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 with Sevice Pack 1 Installed (Version:5.50.4522.1800IC), This download may not work due to a "bug" in this version of IE. If you are using this version of IE, Click Here for a workaround to this problem.

• Once the file is downloaded, "Double click" on the file from Windows Explorer or File Manager to start Installation.

·         Follow the setup program instructions.
